Master Bushings can be divided into three kinds of structure, hinged, solid or split. There are two kinds of driving way, pin and square. It is adapted to Rotary Table by size from 17.1/2 to 37.1/2(49.1/2in) respectively. When Insert Bowls is assembled, (Some haven’t Insert Bowls), it can be connected with Rotary Slips and Roller Kelly Bushing that are manufactured accordance with API Spec 7K.

 

  Our Master Bushings and Insert Bowls are made according to API Spec 7K. Rotary Table and Well Tools, which in coordinate with it also, must be made accordance with the instruction of API Spec 7K.

 

API standard, square drive Master Bushings and Insert Bowls can use short or medium slips in order to apply load of Hooks Load 1112kN(250000lb) effectively. When load of Hooks Load exceed 1112kN(250000lb), you should use taper extend Insert Bowls and medium or extra slips. (Figure 2)
